We were impressed with the presentation of the store and the products. The sales assistant who dealt with us was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly,and we felt that she considered our needs in helping us choose the right mattress. It was simple to arrange a prompt delivery date and the delivery was made on time and in a professional way. We have not used the mattress yet but are hoping it will be as comfortable as described.

Fantastic customer service. Andrew really helped us to decide what bed was right for us, but most important was the price. Andrew gave us a fantastic deal.

Got the bed we wanted in the colour we wanted with headboard and mattress. Won't know if completely satisfied until it all arrives, is installed and we find it comfortable.
