The sales staff were more than helpful, Andrew Nixon especially was very knowledgable of all products, as was the store manager. It was rather busy when i first entered the store so no-one was available, there was no pressure to buy which made my purchase easier

I visited on a couple of occasions before purchasing and staff were very attentive and friendly .

I am 36 wks pregnant and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. We only had to wait about ten minutes to place our order but the staff made sure I sat down and were very apologetic and gave us free delivery. I have previously bought my mattress and two beds from here before and have always been satisfied that's why I returned for a new mattress.

Vicki at Dreams Stoke on Trent was absolutely brilliant. I went in desperate for a mattress and she managed to get me one for an amazing deal and then arranged for it to be delivered by courier within the hour. Don't think I've ever had service that good. Well done!

The sales assistant Vicki was excellent - welcoming, knowledgable , friendly, helpful yet gave us plenty of space too whilst still being available. The store layout was helpful and plenty of choice. Our teenage children came with us and they were made to feel as welcome as us :)

From the initial "Welcome" to the final "Farewell", my wife and I were extremely well looked after, and very pleased with the attention to our needs and the desire to fully satisfy our requirements.

Our sales assistant Sue was very knowledgable and friendly. She understood our initial budget and showed us items within that range. Did not feel pressurised in to buying. We were so happy with the service we bought an additional item that we were not planning on buying on that particular day.

The products were explained clearly. The assistant was very patient and left me and my husband to have a chat, no pressure. I would not have purchased anything if the assistant was pushy. We are very pleased with our purchase.
