As soon as we entered the store we were approached by the sales staff to see if we needed any help we already had a good idea what we wanted and Vicki was extremely helpful in showing us all the options we had with the type of bed we were looking for we had seen a picture of a bed and headboard online but could not see the headboard we wanted in the showroom or the online price list. Vicki went out of her way to find out if it was still available and managed to get into the dreams catalog and found exactly what we wanted

Sue was not only helpful and knowledgable, she carefully listened to our needs and tailor made a solution for us. Her excellent knowledge allowed her to direct us to the correct mattress for our needs. We tried the mattress she suggested and also tried others within the store, but we kept returning to her suggestion and in fact purchased said mattress. Sue had a friendly and approachable manor and did everything she could to ensure that we had a special experience whilst at the Dreams store. Your competitors could certainly learn from Sue about customer service and making the customer feel extra special. In order for Sue to give us such a high level or service and ensure we made the correct purchase, she stayed after the store had closed. Sue really did go over and above the level of service we expected. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dreams to friends and family in the future. A very big thank you to Sue.

My partner and I were on our way to another store (competitor) when we decided to head into dreams as a last minute look before going to make our purchase at the other store. We were dreams no more than two minutes before a member of staff came to us and asked if we needed any assistance. She introduced herself (sue), came across very professional, and made us feel like very at ease in an environment we know nothing about. We sat down, spoke about what we required as my partner and I both sleep very differently, and straight Sue took us to a mattress that was suitable for us both. We had a look at some more that were in our price range and made our selection. We had originally set out just for a mattress but we liked the look of one of the beds dreams had to offer and decided to go for a whole new setup. Sue spent a lot of time with us, very patiently and became more of a friend than a sales person. We sat down did the deal and walked away very happy people. We would certainly go back to that store again and again just for the friendly nature that you get.
