Jane the assistant was very friendly and went out of her way to help me. I returned to the store 3 times as I couldn't make my mind up and she was helpful every time.

The overall experience of my visit was extremely good the lady in the store could not of help more, she was friendly and very knowledgeable, which is the reason why I chose dreams for my purchase.

The assistant gave me all the information I needed to choose a new mattress and then left me to try all the choices available. I think this is very important as it is not an easy thing to do when you have salespersons following you round. She gave me all the time I needed and I feel that it made it easier to make the right choice
