We were met by the friendly & helpful Vicki,who knew all her products really well.

I was served by a lady called Vicki, who was very friendly and polite. She was very helpful in my search for a mattress to suit me, and finding a bed within my budget. I particularly liked her manner as she wasn't too pushy and seemed to understand what I wanted.

The staff were extremely helpful, did not push any sales on to us but were helpful and knowledgeable and approachable

Having not purchased a new bed for some years, was take back by the price initially. However your representative Jane soon made me realize you get what you pay for. Her knowledge, professionalism, and approach to both my wife and i was exceptional, its a change to have someone listen to what you want and advise accordingly. A cup of coffee on both visits always works for me.

The lady who served us had very good knowledge, was extremely helpful and her advice and friendliness were the main reasons we bought there and then rather than shopping around and trying ti find the best deal
