Great friendly service from Andrew, great deal very happy

I wasalittle unsure when I went to price up a new mattress this morning.Dreams was my first port of call then I was going to go elsewhere to compare.Andrew the assistantwas like a breath of fresh air, knowledgable and informative in a non pushy way.He gave us his experience on the mattress that he had purchased.Although this mattress was very expensive it did match our needs.Andrew left us feeling reasured that we had chosenthe right one for our needs.His assistance to us this morning was so pleasent we didn't go to the other shop to compare, we bought it there and then with no feeling of regrets.

Sue our assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter is disabled (ADHD and aspergers) and sue was very patient and able to advise us on suitable beds and mattresses. She was able to find a suitable product for our budget and was extremely friendly throughout our visit. We would definitely return there when we need another bed or mattress and would possibly return in the near future when we can afford to buy the matching bedroom furniture to go with the bedstead we chose. All in all a very enjoyable and stress free purchase, which is something of an unusual situation when my daughter is present, something which sue played a large role in assisting with :) thank you

Fantastic customer service, the gentleman I dealt with had great knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for. He demonstrated great values of your company and I would highly recommend dreams. I could not fault any part of my visit and the team are a credit to your company. I had great confidence that the items I were purchasing met my needs. Fantastic from start to finish.

Good staff service

Rapid acknowledgement of our attendance, good eye contact and a very cheery disposition. Stuart was knowledgeable and took time to explain the options available to us. All the other staff encountered also showed the same cheery and chatty character. If shopping can be a pleasurable experience, this was it.

3rd visit to dreams in the around the last 10 years. Went into the store in Stoke-on-Trent (Eturia) and walked in through the door and saw a number of staff and I thought Oh no, there going to pounce as soon as I walk in. They didn't, they left us alone for a good 10 minutes while we walked around and looked at the beds. We we're after 2 mattresses one for my son and one for us. I attempted to take one of the 'value' range out of the rack and Jane came over to offer help. She told me I could put the mattress on the floor, she got us 2 pillows so we could lie down and test it out! She asked what type of bed it was going on and was really helpful! Always been impressed with Dreams, would rather buy from you than Argos (For example) because despite them being cheaper you can't try out the bed first or ask for advice. I liked the fact my sons mattress was in stock (vacuum packed) so could take away straight away and at 6 I was happy to let him pick his own!
