I liked the efficientcie of the staff and ease of placing my order

As soon as we walked in to the store we were welcome with a friendly approach we were given excellent advice, we asked him lots of questions and he was able to answer with ease. Andrew was a very friendly and very proffesional towards us.( even tho he was wearing black nail varnish lol). We took his advice on choosing the bed we wanted. Well done Dream on good service.

We were looking for a new bed because I have a bad back. We were unsure of what to buy and tried probably every bed in the store. We were equally left to browse at our leisure but also had a wealth of knowledge and advice on every brand and type of bed available. We were even given advice on interior decorating and also wallpaper styles! Sue and Stuart were both brilliant and we could not recommend them both or dreams highly enough. We were even talking for probably 15 minutes after we had finished the purchase. We are now eagerly awaiting delivery of our new bed once we have changed the wall paper!

We didn't know what type of mattress we needed. The assistant soon helped us to find one that both my husband and I liked, plus it was a cancelled order item meaning she could do us a fantastic deal.

The quality is excellent and service exellent
