Your salesperson, Dina, was wonderfully helpful. Neither obtrusive nor just leaving me to it, she was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. She guided me, listened and advised. She then gave me plenty of time to try out the the different combinations of mattress and pillows. I went away ready to ask my wife to return to Dreams to find out her preferences and I made sure that it was on a day when Dina would be there. Once again she was faultless in her care and advice, making my wife really comfortable in every sense. We were pleased with the conclusions we came to and happy to make our purchase. My business is in supporting businesses to improve their operational performance, following Lean principles. The first of those is "Establish value in the eyes of the customer". Dina is an employee who understands that, in my view, and is delivering for you in full. You have an outstanding employee there. Cherish her!

From the internet we visited Dream store with a good knowledge of what we were looking for. The Assistant Sue, on the day was not over-powering and was able to give good advice towards our final choice.
