Was seen to by Jane and Stuart. Jane was over quickly found the bed I had seen in the sales brochure.She took me through the matresses. very quick and satisfied

We set out today fully prepared to visit all available like stores, prior to making a decision. We soon decided that we did not need to visit any other stores as there would obviously not be any greater display than that available at 'Dreams'. Thankyou for saving us the time spent driving around the other stores.

Great service helpful staff

The two staff members I dealt with were extremely helpful and very friendly. The whole experience was enjoyable and we did not feel the need to look elsewhere.

Andy was very helpful and friendly. Did not need to wait to be helped. I feel we got a good deal in terms of price. Lots of options.

Dina welcomed me to the store and provided fantastic advice after enquiring exactly what bed and mattress I was interested in. I was offered a (well made) cup of tea and tried out many of the mattresses with no sales pressure at all. I did not feel rushed and Dina kept returning to me to offer assistance if it was required. She was highly knowledgable regarding the products available and extremely approachable in her sales manner. Dina priced up many options for me and did not become frustrated with the constant requests to change a quotation. I have already spoken with many family members and friends regarding the positive experience I have had at this store and I hope that Dina will receive the credit which she deserves for being such a professional, knowledgable member of sales staff. On another note, I accidentally left my debit card in the reader and a few minutes after leaving the store, I received a polite telephone call from Dina explaining what I had done. Upon my return to the store a few minutes later, Dina was standing out in the cold ready to hand me my card so I didn't have to park up! An amazing example of customer service that goes above and beyond! THANKYOU!

From the minute I walked into the store the assistant could not have been any more helpful, she asked what I wanted and she knew exactly what was available, and even let me compare with something else on the computer screen, that wasn't available in the store, but could be ordered. I wish all shopping was this easy.
