We were greeted in a very friendly manner by one of your staff whose name was Vicky, she helped us very much during our visit answering all our questions in a very professional manner, when we had made our choice she asked us if we would like a beverage of some sort which was great. All in all she made us feel valued customers and we will will definately be going back to see her again when the need arises

Staff were very helpful and listened to our needs/preferences and provided detailed information on products based on this.

The assistant Vicky is an asset to dreams, her knowledge of products is excellent, she answered all our questions and made the experience pleasurably she is very friendly

Martin met me at the store and took me through the process of assessing what beds would be suitable for me after the recommendations from our machine.

The sales consultant Andy, was pleasant approachable, liked a bit of banter making us feel relaxed and at ease, knowledgable and not at all pushy. We used the new technology to select a choice of 4 mattresses and I think we purchased the 3rd one so no hanging around unnecessarily. Even made us a coffee and gave us bottled water at the end.

Excellent customer service

All staff were welcoming and helpful, and friendly, especially Jake and Martin, it was so nice to be met by the area manager who was supporting the team on that day. We were impressed by the team, helping and supporting each other, well impressed.

The store had a wide range a beds. We a long wish list of what we we were looking for and managed to find a bed that fit our needs perfect. The bed was also a very good price.

Staff really really friendly, I described what I wanted and they found it for me. Didn’t intend to make a purchase there and then but ended up finding exactly what I wanted with only a 6 day delivery wait. Amazing
