Andrew took time to show us a number of items. He then arranged for us to have a cup of tea, which was most welcome. The store manager - Stuart, was very helpful, and also saw to our needs. The store staff we came into contact were also most helpful, polite and courteous. It was a pleasure to attend the Store which we will certainly call back on next time we required bedding!

Vicki was very helpful and had good knowledge of product. She was willing to help us get the best price possible.

Just superb service throughout visit well done

We were attended to very quickly and efficiently in a pleasant and friendly manner.We were given all the information we required and the order was placed without any problems.We had visited the store on a previous occasion to browse but were not ready to purchase at that time.On this occasion we saw the same sales assistant who recognised us immediately -this was a lovely friendly touch and she thanked us for returning.Her name was Vicki and she made the whole experience very pleasant.

The lady seemed very knowledgeable on the items we were looking for and very helpful on giving us a wide choice of mattresses that my daughter felt comfortable with.
