The assistant was very knowledgable about the products that she showed us, as we were not sure about what we wanted and the knowledge came in very handy, I was also offered a cup of coffee while I browsed the showroom and tried different mattresses.

During visit viewed website to see tv options available and chisen bed was showing £360 further reduction from £1799 to £1439...showed Dina and she checked...if you viewed one way reduction was there, if viewed another it was not, took a screen shot as evidence, asked a colleague to check and got agreement from manager to sell at the reduced price.
