The positive experience was due to the nice way that Dina helped us. She was helpful and not pushy and we had the time and space to make our own decisions on the product that was right for us.

The service and information we received from Jane was excellent She was dealing with another customer when we decided to place and order and our order was dealt with by Stuart who I understand is the manager This was also handled in an efficient thorough and friendly manner Could not fault the experience

I previously purchased a Tempur matress about 3 years ago. As I suffer with a bad back this was some of the best money I have ever spent. As I now work away during the week living in alternative accommodation I soon noticed the different from sleeping on a conventional matters. I decided to go to dreams to purchase another Tempur Matress, I was greeted by an assistant called Susan, who soon made me feel comfortable as I said the type of matress I wanted, she was able to explain the differences between now and 3 years ago. She was able to show me the different thickness and allowed me time to try all of them out. It was a relaxed atmosphere with no hard sale. I made my choice then proceeded to the desk to make payment and delivery arrangements Well done Susan excellent service thank you!

I had no idea about which bed would be suitable for my 7 year old daughter - all I knew was that I wanted a double bed for her. Andrew was very helpful and did not rush us at all. He included my daughter in the process and was extremely knowledgeable about which mattress would be best for her. My daughter is so excited about her new bed which equals one happy Mummy!

Dina is a lovely lady who helped us choose the bed that suited our needs ,she explained the differences between each mattress and what the benifits where.

Efficiency and understanding from the member of staff

Very good range of items all excessable to try, not purged by staff freedom to try at leisure, staff available when required.

The Assistant Jane spent a lot of time with us, offered and served us refreshments, went out of her way to meet our needs, and kept us informed of the process at all times.
