Pleasant staff who were extremely helpful & knowledgeable, fast service, no messing about or trying to sell me things I didn't want while at the same time making sure I was offered all available products & services.

The colleague Andrew was very helpful and honest with his assistance as I required a 4ft double due to room size he wanted me to take my time over deciding on what mattress to choose as he said it was important but also explained about the 40 nights exchange. Overall he was very helpful and friendly he didn't influence my decision and didn't rush us in any way

We are both disabled and the store assistant could not have done more to make us comfortable. Sue was excellent with her service and knowledge and the time and help that she gave us.

Sue was fantastic and friendly. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted as we had seen it online but she showed us a variety of similar options and was the reason we didn't just go home and buy online.

The help we received from Andrew was brilliant. Went in not knowing what we really wanted. He helped us to narrow it down and to pick the right product for us
