Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I had looked on line as I needed a new double mattress, was surprised that there was a sale with rather large reductions on the price. Rather than order on line I wanted to check out the comfort of the mattress I had chosen. Paid a visit to my local store and was approached by Jane, who immediately showed me the mattress that I was interested in. She also pointed me in the direction of similar mattresses so that I could compare, quality and comfort, which I was pleased about as I chose a completely different mattress. This was my first visit to a Dreams store but it certainly will not be my last.

The sales lady who dealt with us was absolutely brilliant.

The gentleman that served me was named Andrew, he is one of the best salesmen I have one across when buying anything. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to help. I will use this store again for certain because of Andrew and the store manager who's name I can't remember. My wife made a comment when we got back into the car saying "I wish everything we bought for other shops was as good as that experience."

We were able to try out a variety of mattresses and were given lots of advice to try a variety of firmness and depths before we made our choice. We even used the Tempur pod.

We were able to browse around the store knowing that the assistant was there if we needed her but was not on our backs. Vicki was extremely helpful and had a very good knowledge of the products, but at no time did we feel pressured into buying anything. All of the staff around the store were very well presented and very pleasant. We would highly recommend this store to others. From start to finish we couldn't fault the service at all.

We attended the store interested in purchasing a mattress due to our mattress at the time (Memory Foam) giving us both terrible back pain, having explained this to Jane she gave us all of our options and told us to lie down and have feel of them. Quite shocked at mattressess prices in general we hesistated as we did not wish to purchase a 'cheap' mattress and be faced with the same problems. Jane walked us around the store pointing out different mattresses and explaining the differences between them - her knowledge was excellent and imformative

Assistant Dina was very good & very knowledgeable.

The service was brilliant they left us alone until we asked and managed to get us a deal on the mattress

Vicki was very helpful on both visits giving impartial advice based on our discussions with her about what we are looking for in a mattress
