Staff knowledgeable and friendly

Visit was pleasant. Sales assistant was most helpful and we felt looked after, but not pressured just friendly and helpful.

as soon as i entered the store an a assistant came to me and asked if i needed any help after explaining what i was looking for she showed me what was on sale and the price we were all done including the paper work in 20--30mins great service well done

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Item we went in for was avalible overall really good experience and would shop at dreams again

They made me and my children very welcome Did not mind that my toddlers were running around whilst they dealt with our queries And they gave a lot of discount as accidentally miscalculated our total price Staff were very polite and easy to talk to

The Sales guy Andrew was really knowledgeable and friendly, and took time guiding us to what we needed, we went into the store to buy a £6-900 mattress and left with a £2000 one... however, despite this I really believe we have made the right choice, Thanks Andrew.

The assistance we received was excellent. We were treated with respect at all times and the knowledge of the sales colleague was second to none as he listened to what we wanted and provided us with a choice of options to meet our needs

I have never been to dreams before but I will be returning as soon as I entered I was greeted by a member of staff who was very polite and pleasant but not over bearing I then spoke to a young gentleman named jake who could not have been more helpful with his help I purchased a bed I then went to the pay desk and spoke to a very nice lady called Vicky normally when you go into this kind of store the staff are all over you and I either buy something I don't want or end up walking out but this time I walked out with exactly what I wanted
