The assistant approached us as we walked into the store to ask if she could be of any help, she then pointed us in the right direction and left us to look at the beds and asked us to call her over when we needed further help. I like this approach as I do not like somebody on my shoulder when shopping. As soon as needed her she came over and helped us with our queries. She was very knowledgable and very pleasant.

Very friendly staff member Vicki, very quick and knowledgable. Plenty of examples of what I was looking for in store.

the colleague named jane was very helpful with myself and my husband who both have mobility problems and we did not feel rushed or pressured into buying the two beds that we picked so far the after service is good the delivery company has already being in touch with a delivery date which looks ljke beening a week earlier than excepted great news!
