My husband and myself were delighted with the whole experience of choosing a bed. The member of staff (Stuart) was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He didn't rush us and put us at ease immediately. We tried the mattresses he suggested and weren't rushed. I am paraplegic and this helped with the choice we made. We also purchased a base and therefore we spent much more than we intended, but are pleased with our purchase. Our friend came with us and she has now decided to purchase the same. We would recommend Dreams to anyone.l

Andrew at the Stoke store was extremely helpful, describing the different types of mattresses and advising which would be the best to suit our needs. We were really just looking but we found exactly what we needed at a great price and so took it home with us. I've been to other bed specialists who do not give you the option to collect and charge £50 to deliver, so I was pleased that we could take it away, saving us more money.

Very polite and very knowledgable assistant called Vicki helped us with our selection right up to purchase. Well done.

From entering the front door, to leaving all staff were friendly and informative. The service I received was very good. I was even offered a tea or coffee which I was surprised at. A nice touch. Jane the lady that served me was looking very nothing was to much trouble

Not rushed by the staff. Encouraged to try range as much as I wanted. Although the staff expressed opinions I never felt pressured, and was encouraged to make up my own mind

Dina, the lady I dealt with, was very well trained, polite and efficient. She listened carefully to what my needs were, which enabled her to spend her time on appropriate products only. She was able to explain clearly the benefits of the items I was interested in, and answer all the questions I asked her about the product.I must congratulate you on the professionalism of your staff, and would be happy to recommend your services to friends.

This is the second time I have visited dreams and on both occasions have been highly satisfied with the purchase and by the price the staff were very polite and welcoming I have recommended dreams to my family and friends
