I already knew what product I wanted when I entered the store. However we were immediately offered assistance by Sue who showed her knowledge of the product in question. She also introduced us to the manager Stu who we had been told to speak to in the Stoke branch by a member of staff in another branch (Llandudno). They were both very pleasant and helpful. We were offered advise on a mattress also. We returned the next day and purchased the Berkeley bedroom suite and a mattress. Very pleased with the whole experience and we will return10/10.

We went in looking for a bed not knowing anything about beds and Jane the sales assistant was very friendly and informative with her knowledge of beds. We were happy with how she explained the information so we purchased a bed.
