We had booked a slot for our visit, nice welcome and all ready for our consultation , nice introduction .

From moment we went through doors were welcomed

Well laid-out store with ample stock but more importantly knowledgeable and friendly staff who made an effort, successfully, to ensure our positive experience

We were given plenty of help by the shop assistant, who was very pleasant and knowledgable

The lady who helped me was absolutely fantastic- really knew her stuff but also matched that really closely to what I was looking for to suit my requirements and the budget. She was friendly, listened to my story about moving house and really helped to get my orders organised and ready on suitable dates for my move.

Friendly, helpful staff who us great options and time to look and think about what we wanted. Gave us great advice and nothing seemed too much trouble. Store was clean and set out well under new guidelines. Our visit was a dream.

It was a nice in store experience, the lady that gave us the information we needed, made sure we understood the different types of beds and mattresses. She was very friendly and made our visit to the store a pleasant one.

My needs to make decision was met with providing an idea for a storage unit... ottoman bed

I booked a appointment due to covid on arrival a gentleman greeted us with a polite manner and the young lady put me on the right path to choosing the right bed for me on the computerized bed then I lay on beds to choose the best for me the lady was very polite and informat I've had a good knowledge of all the beds.Excellent service.well done to the team😊
