The staff were excellent they give us plenty of time and were not pushy at all. This made me feel at ease and actually made me want to purchase something as opposed to going elsewhere which was our original plan. The staff were excellent and are a credit to your organisation.

We found the assistant Jane 114 to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the product ( mattress) and felt we had bought something suitable for our needs

The assistant, Tracey, was able to help us order our bed and educated us about the benefits of pocket springs as opposed to open springs. She also immediately discounted the £39 delivery fee when I mentioned it was free delivery online. The upshot of placing our order instore is that we are getting a better quality mattress 12 days earlier than available online!

The store assistant didn't pressure us and gave us time to look around on our own, he gave us a variety of options and didn't try to pressure us towards the more expensive one. He also did his best to get us the best deal for the most suitable item for us.
