.. .Vicki greeted us when we first entered Dreams Shop. We expressed a wish to see ottoman beds. She took us directly to where these were on display. She was informative on the products, giving us her patient and undivided attention. We came away the proud owners of a lovely new bed and on reflection, we had spent a most enjoyable after-noon.
