the assistant was most helpful when we purchased our new mattress, ie showing us various options on the mattress & explaining the benefits of the products.

The service was brilliant Jane parton took time and fully explained each mattress. She was polite friendly and professional

The lady who served us - Dina, was very knowledgeable on all the bedroom furniture that we were looking at, and provided details of sizes, delivery times, colour combinations etc without us asking her the questions. There was a very friendly atmosphere in the store, and we will definitely return without hesitation if/when we require anything else :)

Your assistant SUSAN met us with a smile and asked if we needed help. We said that we had been before but were not intending to buy.She invited both of us to try your Tempur sleep experience which we accepted.She then invited us to try different mattresses and indicated what she had herself purchased. In the end we both decided to place an order. Her personality sold the goods! she will go far.

Soon as we walked in the store we were impressed with the variety, and the prices, we found what we were looking for straight away

The type of sofa bed we were looking for was available in store. We purchased the display model from the shop floor and it was in excellent condition. We were very pleased that it would be delivered within one week. The service we received was excellent.
