The store is easily located and open plan so easy to find what you're looking for. The variety in store was great, from low prices to high prices, so something for everyone and options clearly given for your needs. We were asked if we needed assistance when looking around, then again once we had decided on what we wanted. The details and finance options are perfect, especially if you're looking to spread the cost. Home delivery at a date that fits and very polite staff. Everything was explained to me in detail and the lady Vicki was very knowledgeable and also chatty/friendly, which is nice in sales! First time using Dreams and I will certainly continue to use in future based on my experience. The whole process was very easy and quick! - Happy customer and looking forward to the delivery of my new bed & mattress! Thank you!

Very happy with the quality of customer service we received. We were given help and advice on the type of mattress to purchase without any pressure sales and without being pestered. As soon as we needed extra assistance the staff were always available to help. We were also made to feel very comfortable and encouraged to try the different mattresses. As we were left to try the mattresses without being followed around and make a non-pressured decision, this definitely contributed to us making the purchase on this first visit. Perfect customer service and shopping experience.

Great experience from start to finish. The lady called Vicky who was the sales assistant was fantastic and even called me after to confirm delivery date excellent all round service.

Sales assistant was friendly and extremely helpful. Item bought was a ex display model, so delivery was not available at the discounted price, however sale team were more than willing to assist in getting the items to my vehicle.

We were allowed to browse at our leisure and offered assistance but importantly left to discuss in private. Then when we needed assistance to order, Andrew in Stoke store was friendly, helpful and polite. Did not feel pressurised or "followed" around the store. This makes me feel that I would return and tell my family and friends about the service received and value and products.

The whole process was hassle free and staff were friendly.
