the salesperson Vicki made time for us and had excellent knowledge of how to meet our needs.

The assistant was really helpful and her advice helped me to purchase the correct pillows . It was really good to be able to try the pillows on the mattress that we had.

The assistant was extremely help full, she checked if there was any ex-display mattresses that matched the one I wanted to get me the best possible price.

We were immediately greeted by Andrew the sales adviser who asked what our requirements were. He then showed us various mattresses starting from basic and finally finishing with what our final purchase was. He was informative, friendly but not over bearing and certainly not pushy. We also purchased pillows ( that we originally had no intention of buying on entering the store ). This was as a result of Andrew demonstrating a particular pillow that made a huge difference compared to the pillows we currently have. A mattress protector was a further purchase we made as a result of speaking 'mattresses' with Andrew. On the actual purchase at the computer, he showed us all the information and how it was broken down. The whole buying experience was simple and without any problem.

We were spoken to by a sales adviser within seconds of walking in the store. The greeting was friendly and not over bearing which was nice. From that point on, the adviser remained with us, even provided a cup of tea whichever was a pleasant touch.

One member of staff there was really helpful in finding the bed and mattress that suited our needs and with the frame that we liked. We were in and out within a hour and walked out with a brand new bed with delivery within 4 days Very happy

Both Sue and the Manager Stuart were very helpful and efficient. They explained everything well and presented all of the options to enable us to make the best choice for our needs.

Jane who was the sales woman was extremely friendly and could not do enough for me, always smiled and made me feel normal instead of some other companies its just a sales patter , none of that with Jane she is a credit to your company ,,,,, only problem i encountered is that my daughter is in a wheel chair but cannot cut through the middle of store had to keep walking all the way around
