Dreams - Stoke on Trent

Stuart and his team have provided me with the best service and product knowledge on the dreams product. considering I came into the store really for pillows and was going to a rival store to buy mattresses - I think this speaks volumes. thank you very much

i needed to find a bed to help ease aching joints we had a good look around and found a couple but when the sales assistant came over and asked how we were getting on i explained what i wanted and she suggested we try the tempur bed in the booth it was amazing i new it was the bed for us after taking some measurements we agreed the sale im so excited i cant wait for it to arrive

We bought our temper bed last year but needed to get or childrens beds renewed. Stuart remembered us from a year ago and sorted us out with two beds matresses for great prize Then to top off the experince the delivery fate was less than a week Excellent all round Thankyou Nathan bromage

I went to purchase one item and due to the knowledge and ability of the staff purchased a number of products

The assistant (Dina at the Stoke store) was very helpful, friendly, leaving us alone to try beds and popping back a few times to recommend different things, trying to find the perfect product for us and not getting impatient when we were unsure. Not too hard or desperate to sell either. Showroom was well laid out and clean and everything was labelled so that it was easy to understand each product.

On arrival we were greeted by vicki who excelled in presence and customer service nothing was too much for her. Myself and my husband shopped with three children aged 8, 6 and 2 which can sometimes be challenging and stressful However both Vicki and another member of staff made this relaxing and were polite to my children too. This is the second time purchasing at dreams we were only looking to replace our mattress but ended up with a new bed too. We looked for a replacement mattress for my daughter and Vicki managed to get the family the right mattress at the right price . Your staff at the stoke on Trent branch should be credited in their customer service used on our visit to dreams .

every time we arrive at dreams first we get asked if we want a cuppa which makes us feel very welcome so service is briliaint.then we are asked what we would like to look at ,then shown and try out ect beds mattresses .the women we speak to at dreams in Etruria are such a friendly group.we would recommend them to anyone.one again thankyou .

I have used dreams for a few years now and every time jane who sorts us out goes above and beyond our expectations. She is so polite and really nice that she puts us at ease every time and it makes shopping with you a real pleasure.

we were pleased to see Jane again she sold us our bed when she was working for another store 20 years ago she is so good to explain all about all the new beds we did not no about all the new fillings thank you Jane
