all the staff were all very friendly upon entrance to the store and very helpful in find the perfect bed and base also the open floor plan of the store and easy of finding the correct items

we were highly satisfied overall because we did know the product we were interested in but did not feel pressured into purchasing or not purchasing. The sales lady Dina was very helpful and knowledgeable and let have all the time we wanted to try the Tempur mattresses out before we made our minds up.

approached by a team member soon after entering the store, she explained the colour code system and asked what I was looking for. Vicki was extermly helpfull and even offered a drink while I looked round and tried the beds for comfort.

Fantastic service by Sue and Claire. They understood our requirements and recommended the most suitable bed to fit out needs. We had our children with us and Claire entertained them while we were "testing" the bed....well experiencing the Tempur demo again! Refreshments were offered and gratefully accepted. 1st class service.

The sales assistant Vicki was very friendly, helpful and did everything possible to meet our needs. We didn't feel pressured and she had a very good knowledge of the products.

I was served by Jane Parton who was friendly, informative, helpful and patient without being 'pushy' - this led to my spending far more than I'd originally intended but I don't think I'll regret my decision. I've subsequently returned to the store and bought a new headboard (this time I was served by Vicki - equally friendly, helpful etc) - so this must be further evidence of my 'customer satisfaction'. Helpful and knowledgeable assistant, Sue really knows her products and is very friendly. She recommended matching pillows a mattress cover . It was a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely fabulous service at dreams in Stoke-on-Trent today. Staff very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Extremely happy with the purchases we made and the extra benefits like 8 year guarantee, free mattress protector and interest free payment option. There was also a very speedy delivery date available too. We will be recommending dreams to all of our friends and family and most certainly returning ourselves in the future. Thank you!
