The member of staff was excellent. She remembered us coming in previously and the item we were looking at and greeted us saying that it had been further reduced.

Jane was very at-tentative, discussed our needs and went through the different options available and that best suited our requirements. A cup of coffee was a bonus!

The staff service was great they were attentive but we didn't feel as though we were given a hard sell. They weren't pushy in any way.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. She explained about the differing colour bands & was a great help in assisting us to make our final choice.

The sales assistant, Dana I think, was excellent. Very good product knowledge and a perfect approach to customers, helpful but not pushy. I would, however, have liked to see a greater range of super king beds and headboards in stock.

When we went Andy explained everything to us about all the mattresses. Offered us a drink. Went through everything throughly whilst placing are order. Showed me a headboard want I wanted more then a previous one I had seen. He was polite and easy going to talk too. Even had time to speak to my little girl. Thankyou. Definitely go back to dreams x

Although we knew the item we wanted to purchase we were not pressured into purchasing. We were given very good information on the item we were interested in which was a Tempur mattress. We were allowed to try them as much as we wanted to. We were also offered refreshment of which we had bottled water, but we could have had tea or coffee. Dinas, the sales lady was extremely helpful, very friendly but also professional as well. I would recommend this store to friends.

having visited a number of local stores where the staff were most unhelpful it was a delight to be greeted by a member of dreams staff by the name of sue who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products.
