Andrew at the Hanley store was very helpful and appeared to have a good knowledge of the products he was recommending.

The staff were very helpful and polite very welcoming and friendly and she made shure I was choosing the right type of bed for my needs she went through everything with me as I'v never gone through the prossess before and I am very pleased with the product and the service was outstanding

Vicki (Dreams Colleague) was very good at listening to our requirements, she made suggestions and then gave us plenty of time to make a decision.

The sales assistant was very helpful in assisting us in finding the bed we required. He explained about the different types of mattresses available also the extras on the bases (drawers). There was no pushing us into purchasing something which we did not want,was friendly helpful and pleasant.

I was offered a lot of help whilst choosing my product, the colleagues were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this store to others.

We wanted a super king bed but we didn't know if we could get it up the stairs. We saw one we liked and asked the assistant for the measurements, she gave us the measurements and asked us to choose another in case that one didn't fit. The first one we measured would be able to go up the stairs but the mattress wouldn't. :( my heart dropped as I didn't think I would get my dream bed. The assistant then told us that we could have a zipped mattress instead. She then showed us then mattresses we could choosee from, offered us refreshments and left us to make our decision. Her outstanding knowledge and customer service helped us make up our mind to choose a dreams bed, we had previously been to three other bed stores and they weren't nearly as good in quality, customer service, knowledge and the shopping experience.

All the questions that we asked and problems we had were resolved

The lady who served us in store was knowedgeable and attentive, not always there allowing us time to talk and try the beds but there when we needed further advice

Dina and Stu were extremely helpful without being pushy , the coloring system was easy to follow and the variety in store meant we found the perfect mattress for us. The staff were very busy but their attention and customer satisfaction was paramount to them and it shone through . Would recommend your Stoke on Trent store to anyone and everyone we know .

We have used Dreams before and knew that prices are always good so would probably have ended up there even if there had not been a sale on. In the store Jane was very knowledgeable and helpful without being 'pushy' (always a turn-off for us).
