WHEN I WALKED INTO THE STORE I WAS GIVEN A WARM WELCOME BY DINA , I WAS OFFERED A DRINK ...DINA ASKED ME WHAT ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR AND SHE TOLD ME ALL ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BEDS , SHE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE ITEMS THAT SHE WAS SELLING AND SHE COULD READILY ANSWER ANY QUESTION THAT I HAD . DINA AND HER COLLEAGUE WERE BOTH VERY PRESENTABLE FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO YOU FELT YOU COULD PUT YOUR TRUST IN . I WOULDN'T HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING DREAMS TO ANYONE .

Dina was very knowledgeable of what she was selling,a very pleasant not in your face lady.

The staff were really friendly. Jane (Etruria) was very quick at serving us and explaining everything to us. The delivery times at very soon which is excellent. The store in very clean and well laid out with clearly labelled items. We liked how there was the box with the different insides of the mattresses in to see and feel.

Good customer service seemed very knowledgeable about products. Not too pushy left to make our own choice after advising on products

We were after a specific type and brand of mattress and upon entering the store we were met by Andrew who looked after us and made sure we saw all we needed to see before we made our decision and we were provided with a nice cup of coffee whilst we tried the different products!

The choice of that many beds, the service which was given to us was brilliant
