Great service went in looking for something very specific. The customer service was second to none from Andrew who help massively with trying out different mattresses and looking at different frames. Nothing was too much work for him and he made me and my partner feel at ease during the entire process. His honest and friendly attitude made the entire process an absolute pleasure thank you very much Andrew.

Vicki in Hanley was fabulous! She helped us with everything we wanted and knew the answers to every questions we asked. Superb service and would definatly use dreams again!

Because we had not bought a bed or a mattress in a very long while and didn't really know what we were looking for and the staff explained everything for us

Staff were so friendly They new exactly what we wanted in a mattress with what we told them . And pointed us to the right mattress We went home with the mattress the same night Definitely go back again

The Dream Colleague, Jake, showed us the various mattresses available and explained the differences between types of mattress. He then let us try out mattresses and offered my wife a different pillow to use which suited her more. When we had chosen a mattress he offered us a drink, and went through the order process quickly and efficiently, explaining all matters.

Member of staff was very knowledgable and made the decision of choosing our bed easier

Excellent sales person with good products on display, friendly environment and nice building. Expected a bigger kids section and beds but overall it didn't affect my decision.
