Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The lady that dealt with us, Jane was very nice, she listened to what we wanted and was very patient as I had my 2 year old son who you can imagine was bored, she went to fetch him some juice and made a fuss of him. She was chatty and approachable, she made the whole process easy and even found us q clearance mattress that was half price as we spent quite a lot on the tv bed and bed side tables.

Customer focus was great staff showed products from all ranges and allowed to try without pressure or intimidating. The staff were friendly and had vast knowledge of the items we asked about. Price range varied but we expected that and the quality of material did also.

We were looking to replace our bed as it is over 10 years old. The lady who served us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We did not feel under any pressure to purchase on our visit but decided to do so. The range of beds/mattresses was extensive, although they did not have the Octospring mattress which we thought Dreams had. We also purchase pillows and covers. We spent a lot of time testing the beds to find one that suited our price range and comfort. We are impressed with the exchange policy if the mattress doesn't suit.

The customer service received from susan was class A she went over and above to meet our requirements and needs even down to making myself a coffee ! We couldn't really go over our budget so we couldn't afford the mattress we wanted as well as the TV bed frame but we were really pleased when Susan hunted and found a very similar mattress which was on sale due to being a returns or ex display so we left the store buying everything we wanted for only a fraction over our budget. Your sales lady made our purchase ! I can't say enough how important good customer service is! It made your brand in our eyes.

The member of staff was extremely helpful and we felt the experience was very easy.

The time your assistant spent explaining the benifts of each product, giving us time to try the items, not over pressuring us to buy, product knowledge was excellent, would recommend your assistant who's name was Sue to my family & friends, excellent service, thank you.

Sales assistant really helpful

Dreams have such a very large showroom of beds etc to choice from. Very good quality, very good prices. Excellent staff, with a vast amount of knowledge, who know just how to look after customers. Your staff are a credit to you.

When we entered the store we were approached by the sales person who asked if we needed help, when we said we were looking at mattresses he explained the location of the different types and the colour coded system which was helpful. He offered us advice about the mattresses he thought would be beneficial to us as my husband had a spine operation a few years ago. He invited us to try the mattresses and explained the differences between them and also told us about the 40 day exchange policy. His product knowledge was very good and also the fact he had a good understanding of back problems and was able to assist us in our choice, which gave us the confidence to make the purchase that day.

Found what I was looking for high quality and elegance. Very friendly staff.
