Knowledgeable assistant, not rushed, all explained very well

Our sales assistant was Dina. We found her extremely knowledgable and she quickly caught on to our particular needs. She did not try to sell us the most expensive bed but catered for What we wanted. We were very satisfied with the end purchase and the delivery service In fact we are going back in the next few days to add to our order Thank you

The colleagues in store really helped us to decide which bed to go for & which mattress & nothing was too much trouble. We had shopped around online & with your competitors but none were as caring or as attentive as your staff. Your colleagues gave us all the information we needed & were at no time pushy or rude, allowing us to walk away with the information we needed & to come back the next day to place our order, confident we were doing the right thing.

Very satisfied with the range of products in store, albeit I was surprised by the cost of quality mattresses - this fact was not limited to your store but as a general observation when carrying out research for a suitable mattress. The assistance afforded by your Representative (Vicki) was excellent, as was her knowledge of the products throughout your store. Furthermore I was happy that your Representatives were not "pushy" but were available when we required assistance. Overall I was extremely pleased with our experience at Dreams (Stoke on Trent). Sue couldn't have been more informative, friendly and helpful. She helped us chose the perfect bed for us and explained the benefits of the mattresses with great knowledge and understanding. She was so friendly we felt very at ease with her and couldn't be more happy with our purchase today.

We were met as we came through the door by Vicky who offered assistance, we said no so she explained how the colour coding works. She then offered a drink and left us to look around and try the beds, she fetched a tempura pillow for my husband to try. As I went for a walk around the store Vicky spoke to my husband of his needs as he has problems with his spine and arms, she was brilliant as were all the staff we were made to feel at home in a very relaxed atmosphere. We are so excited waiting for delivery of our new mattress and we also bought two tempra pillows. We went in to dream and was greeted by a lady called Jane. She did give me a leaflet but iv lossed it. Jane was very welcoming and offered me and my husband a brew. She listen and recommend some products. she looked after us every step of the way.
