Vicki met us on arrival and asked what we were looking for. She pointed out the colour co-ordinated mattresses that we were interested in. We were then able to go quickly round the store trying out the ones which met our requirements. She was knowledgeable about all the products. Explained about the old type springs and the pocket springs. She was very friendly but also left us to browse and decide on our choice. The ordering was done quickly and she makes very good coffee!

I was highly satisfied as was able to get the bed and mattress I wanted at a good price, thanks to the store sales. Jake the sales manager was able to answer all questions I had and was able to recommend what to get with regards to my needs.

I was served by a man named Andrew who was very attentive and informative. He worked out a good deal and was very good at his job.

Assistance from the staff was great and helped make myself make an easy decision on the purchase - good knowledge of the product and coming up with a deal on the moening helped me make a quick and easy decision.

The person to whom I spoke when I placed my order was extremely helpful. The mattresses are for my grandsons when they come to stay. Unfortunately, the ones I wanted were out of stock but I was offered an alternative, which I accepted.

We was offered a hot drink on arrival. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Came away with everything we needed and was very happy with purchase.

Store was set out great so it was easy to find what we were looking for. The sales rep was fab and not pushy or rushing us in to making a decision.

We visited the Gloucester store and were helped by a very knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant. He explained in detail about the mattress and bed-frame choices and listened carefully about our requirement without pressurizing us in any way. We subsequently purchased a mattress online, to take advantage of the free delivery option. Two weeks later, after deciding on a bed-frame and before delivery of our mattress, I telephoned to see if we could take advantage of your latest special offer of 20% off a bed-frame when ordering a mattress. I spoke to Jake who was very helpful and enabled me to place the order and arrange the same delivery date as the mattress. I was also pleased to be able to choose a delivery date with your free delivery service. I have been very pleased with your excellent service.
