Telephone assistance was excellent,order was dealt with quickly and pleasantly.

The assistant Jane, was polite and extremely helpful. We obtained everything we wanted, and the delivery date offered was exactly when we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not rushed in any way. It was an enjoyable and useful use of our time.

I have shopped there for years and have bought bedding, pillows, mattresses and a king size leather bed. The quality has been second-to-none but the service of the staff is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. However, I do not understand why free mattress covers cannot be delivered at the same time as the mattress. Why does it have to be handed to the customer separately from the delivery? I am hoping that mine will be posted.

We liked how the mattresses were colour coded for ease of shopping in the store. Vicki the sales assistant that served us was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

The person providing the assistance was highly knowledgeable. Gave lots of helpful answers to all our questions, and was keen for us to try different beds and get exactly the right ones for us.

Friendly staff but not too pushy. Good choice of products.
