The web site was horrific luckily for Dreams the lady on the phone was superb

The representative "Sue" was very helpful and was not pushy she allowed me to have a look but was also there when I had questions she even got different pillows so I could try,I don't like pushy sales,sue made me feel comfortable you have a good sales team

Greated when we walked into the shop where the member of staff explained the colour system of the mattresses for firmness and quality. This was useful as it gave us first time buyers an easy way to determin what kind of quilty and comfort we were looking for

the sale officer was very polite, friendly and helpful

We had been let down by another company and whilst buying a bed for our grandson the assistant showed us a possible solution and after thought decided to buy another bed which has solved our problem.

The lady who served us was very helpful and friendly. We were uncertain in ehat to buy and she helped us all she could. We were grateful to her.

The experience of purchasing my new bed was made a fantastic experience by the fact that Susan at the showroom was so personable and experienced. She made the purchase a simple and pleasurable one. I would recommend to anyone! She was not pushy but offered lots of help and advice :)
