Excellent customer service. Really good advice, space and time given to look, consider and compare. Didn't feel pushed or hassled like in other shops we had been to. There were payment options that suits our needs and budget.

We were helped by a very knowledgable member of staff named Andrew. He gave us trust through that knowledge. His people skills were perfect. He was friendly, professional and very keen, a great asset to the company. There were lots of different firm messes to choose from which without the assistance of Andrew would have been difficult to understand. The coffee was a nice surprise. I enjoyed this shopping experience as the salesman was not 'pushy' at all but extremely helpful. Thankyou.

the visit to buy our new mattress was made very easy and enjoyable by "Andrew" the member of staff, his professional manner was good, the time he spent with us to informing us of the various products , we did spend more than we set out to do but were extremely pleased with our final choice as you spend a lot of your life in bed, the final proof will be when the new mattress is delivered but when returning home we realised how "soft" our current mattress is. thank you Andrew .
