Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I don't like shopping. But if the experience was like my visit to your shop iI may get to like it.

Jane showed great product knowledge and endless patience (all with a sense of humour). We tried several beds from a big selection and think we have made a good choice, certainly looking forward to its delivery! We also bought sheets and pillows at very keen prices. We came away with smiles on our faces. PS - the courtesy coffees were excellent!!

Sales assistant, Jane, most helpful. In fact I actually spent nearly twice the amount I intended to spend.

Cannot fault. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Was even offered a cup of tea/coffee on arrival.

We went to the store looking to buy a bed. Andrew, the salesman, was quick to see our bewilderment and without being pushy asked the right questions to understand what we wanted and matched the products available to our needs. We ordered the bed and on leaving felt very satisfied.

Dina was very helpful,product knowledge was very good and was very pleasant offered us a drink whilst she was dealing with us ,this is the second time we have purchased from dreams,keep up the good work.

Not hassled allowed to browse, goo cup of coffee, informative assistance

Vicki very knowledgeable and friendly as all the store staff appeared to be. Tried various different beds and options. No pressure selling and very supportive.

Friendly knowledgable staff gave us advice then let us look around and try out various mattresses without pressurising us

I did not intend buying products on that day I was just looking, but I saw something that interested me, and the assistance with everything that I received thought I should place the order as everything seemed right, just hope that when I receive the goods that my DREAMS are all good too.
