Dreams - Stoke on Trent

Good 1 2 1 service today.......not very good last time we came.

Due to the knowledge of the staff member his approach and willingness to answer questions. he presented as approachable offered refreshments and placed ourselves at ease. at no point did we feel under pressure.

The assistant Sunita was so refreshing and helpful. She went the extra mile to call me back to check if I was satisfied.

Very helpful, freindly and knowledgeable service. Good product and accessory range.

The woman on the phone taking my order was polite very helpful and did everything in her power to hp me out. It's was a shame that the manageress in the cwmbran store didn't hold the same values when we went to pay cash for the bed and mattress my fiancee found her very rude with a non compliant attitude.

The Salesperson (Susan) had a lovely demeanour and very knowledgeable about all the beds that Dreams sell and the ones that could be beneficial for our needs.

I had a rough idea of what I was looking for, but the assistant Jane was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me to make the final choice, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very warm and welcoming.

Very quick and simple to find the product I was looking for, and nice to be able to try out all the beds for as long as I wanted whilst not being overly pestered

Excellent lay out easy to find & staff very helpfull plus you get a cofffe. .brilliant

The member of staff was very helpful, but in a friendly and not pushy manner. She gave as all the assistance we required but also understood when to step back and let us explore the products ourselves.
