The customer service, staff availability and knowledge - Susan helped us find what we were looking for, well within budget and made it a nice experience. We looked, were offered help and purchased our mattress in a timely fashion also - great overall service.

we where shown lots of beds tryed all that was what we asked for could not fault the lady she was so good at explaning what bed was made up of did not rush us like other stores we visited
