We are returning customers and were made to feel welcomed. Coffee offered the chance for the kids to lie on the neds before choosing really helped.

The salesman was attentive without being pushy. There were plenty of products to look at and test. He helped my daughter to focus down to the type of product that she found most comfortable

looking for a new mattress/bed can be a nightmare with all the different types, I guess they call it dreams because it is made so simple there. The person who served me (Andrew) has a really good knowledge of the products available and helped me find the right mattress for me in no time. I will definitely be going back to dreams when I come to get another mattress or bed.

I was highly satisfied because the range, standard and prices of the products was brilliant. We received excellent customer service, we were offered drinks and we weren't pushed into anything we didn't want. Overall an excellent experience and would definelty recommend dreams to any family members or friends. I will definelty return there the next time that I am looking for any bedroom furniture or any bedding.
