Very Friendly service

We were approached on entering the store by a pleasant member of staff who guided us through on our purchase of a mattress. The whole experience was very informative and the staff member made our choosing of the mattress very easy. Would recommend a visit to this store.

Andy was great and very helpful. Helped us choose the right mattress and bed. Offered advice on care and bedding also. All round nice guy.

Vicki was very curtious made me a drink whilst we was walking around. She checked on prices for various beds. We couldn't have asked for better service. Give her a pay rise 😆

I visited the store twice , after finding the web site a little confusing! Jane was really helpful and informative

The member of staff was very helpful, returning to offer further assistance but also leaving us free to try the mattresses on our own. The store wasn't busy so she could have stood with us for the full time and left us feeling uncomfortable or rushed. The fact that she left us on our own whilst being readily available was much appreciated.

The assistant listened carefully to our needs. She showed us products which matched our needs without being forceful and trying to sell us something we did not want. We were not rushed, we were offered a drink and she was keen that we made an informed choice before making our final decision.
