Dina was very helpful, she went out of her way to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. On a number of occasions, she offered drinks and checked in with us continually without being pushy.

We were given support in identifying suitable products for our needs without feeling pressured and there was a good variety of products to choose from and we were encouraged to try the beds for comfort

We called into the Basford branch of Dreams and was greeted by a very friendly member of Staff named Andrew. He made enquiries as to the reason for our visit, which was a new mattress. We explained that my husband suffered with back and neck pain and he recommended a suitable mattress, we did however try out other mattresses just to confirm our choice. Andrew, then helped me to choice new pillows, duvet, mattress protector and fitted sheet - which was a great help as I was going to go to a department store. However, I did not get a Duvet set as I had seen one previously, which I loved the colour, at a different store and unfortunately Dreams couldn`t sway my original choice. My delivery is due today and as Andrew stated I have had my text to give me a 2 hour delivery slot. Thoroughly recommed Dreams.

Excellent service from salesman without being jumped on the minute we entered the store. This happens too often in many retailers and I for one find this totally off putting to the point I will leave the store

I have a back problem and discussed this with the staff member. She took her time in recommending beds and I tried about 6 or 7 before choosing the one that I did. It was a great ahooojng experience
