Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I went into the store not quite sure what I was looking for, I was offered help and advice by Andrew, I found the perfect ottoman bed, I was offered lots of advice about which mattress would be best for me, I was given the opportunity to try out several mattresses and Andrew also offered a trial of a mattress topper, I purchased a temper cloud mattress and ultimately did not need the topper but it was great to know that it was available were I to opt for one of the other types of mattress. All delivery options were explained and we reached a mutually convenient arrangement which ensured that I have enough time to redecorate my room before the bed arrives. ANdrew was clearly very knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to return to Andrew at Dreams for any future bedroom purchases.

Vicki was more than helpful with assisting us with everything we needed, she went above and beyond what she needed to do, and when we were unsure if a product was going to be right for us she was able to demonstrate the product so we could see it was right. We have been to other stores such as Benson for beds and I have to say the store, staff and the whole experience was far better in Dreams. Please pass out thanks on again to Vicki. Karen & Alex

WAS'NT SURE WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR BUT VICKI CAME ACROSS TO US AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE COLOURS ON THE BEDS MENT WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL SHE DID'NT HURRY US AND WE HAD A LOVELY CUOP OF COFFEE WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR CHOICE
