I felt that the assistants were there to help you rather than just sell you something at all costs.

Easy to locate products and assistant gave us time to check the items thoroughly before making a decision.

Staff were very helpful.

We had Jake help us today.Firstly he provided coffee which was a nice touch then went into explain the different kinds of mattresses as we had no idea what we needed.He soon sorted that out and made it clear we were very welcome to try out any of the beds and even provided pillows to do so.He was very pleasant to chat to and nothing seemed to much bother at all.He also understood my health problems and helped us decide exactly what we needed and provided it very efficiently.

Dina and the manager were extremely friendly. Dina understood my needs and took time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. Took her time to speak to us and did not rush us at anytime. I will visit the shop again

We visited several stores looking for Beds and Bedroom Furniture. Dreams were far and away the best. Customer Service excellent

Very straightforward experience

We had found the product on line but needed to see it close up and were pleased with the quality presented. The Dream's Colleague, Sue, made us feel very welcome, was helpful and very pleasant. She also provided us with, a good cup of hot coffee after an arduous trip, due to emergency work, on the M6 . A credit to the company.
