The assistance was brilliant to my choice of my bed

Jane was very welcoming and friendly. When we explained what we were looking for and our price range she knew exactly which mattresses would be suitable for our needs within our budget. Jane had good knowledge of the products and explained the difference between the differently sprung mattresses. We were made to feel welcome and given a lovely cup of coffee! The visit was stress free and everything was sorted out with efficiency and a smile.

This is the second Tempur mattress we have purchased from this store. On both occasions we were served by an exceptional colleague (Sue) who was knowledgable and took time to work out what was best for us. She even found us a mattress for our narrow Boat!!

We walked through the door and was greeted by Andrew, a lovely chap who was able to guide us in the right direction to purchasing the correct bed for us. He didn't mind how many times I 'tried' the mattress for comfort. We found the one that was best suited to us and was amazed how quickly it could be delivered. Two very happy customers. Thank you.

Having previously been to another local supplier/showroom for beds where we were disappointed and not satisfied with either items seen or service we arrived (easy parking) at Dreams, Basford. Immediately pleased to see layout and range to view and quickly offered the wanted attendance by Andrew. Liked him and liked advice given. Able to make easy decision of our requirement and the transaction was efficiently dealt with (cheerfully) by Andrew.
