Jane was the member of staff who helped us selected out mattress. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she showed us lots of different options and explained to us the difference. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after and found the exact product that was right for us.

I was highly satisfied with the overall time spent deciding which mattress to buy and was not pressured at all by Jane 114 to buy things that I did not require.

Andrew, the sales advisor, took time to listen to our needs and concerns and then allowed us to lie on any bed we wished and even insisted we tried out other alternatives until we were completely certain. He gave us time and space to make our own decisions and at no time did we feel pressured into making a decision. His product knowledge allowed us to find the correct mattress for us and he explained all of the terms and conditions (within the contract) very clearly

No waiting around, plenty of friendly staff to help
