I found the experience of purchasing the product I required very satisfactory. The assistant (Jane) was very helpful, had a lot of knowledge and was able to give me a lot of guidance in finding what I needed. She was also very patient & courteous offering us refreshments and leaving us to consider all options & was not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend to others & go back in the future.

As we walked into the store Dina came over to explain the layout of the store . She explained the differences in the mattresses. Dina took us to various parts of the store, each time leaving us to make our own minds up. Normally shop staff take a look at us and try to talk us into items they want you to buy, but not Dina, she didn't care about the way we looked, she was very helpful and didn't push.

We visited the Stoke store for a mattress for my father who has recently been diagnosed with cancer and has a broken neck. So we were looking for a specific mattress which would be suitable for him. The lady who helped us was very knowledgable and was able to assist us in finding the correct mattress. Also, I purchased a bed frame, mattress and bedding with the help of the same lady and she was again extremely helpful and understanding when explaining delivery times etc

Good product knowledge and no pressure

Vicki was very helpful and knew exactly what to show us once we told her what we were after and what our budget was. We visited the store a couple of days before purchasing and also phoned her the day after the initial visit and she was very helpful with measurements. The colour coordinated sashes on the mattresses helped us greatly in trying out the Ines that we were interested in.

From the moment I entered the store, the assistant Jane was very attentive to my needs. She was very informative about the pricing and quality.

Plenty of products available to view. Easy to understand displays and prices. We identified the products we wished to buy and were helped by a knowledgable member of staff who explained the differences between products in a friendly and easily understood manner which help us narrow down our choices.
