we were greeted by a member of staff when entering the store , jane , who was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She guided us to find the right mattress for our kneeds and was patient as we tried various types , offering useful suggestions throughout until we found the right one for us. we didn't feel pressured at any time and without her help the process would have taken much longer. we were also offered a hot drink during our visit , which was a nice touch.

Great friendly service from Andrew, trying his best to help me out and get the best deal and above what I expected to get

we bought our previous bed from you and we were more than happy to return to purchase our new bed.

We had fantastic customer service from Andrew who assisted us. His product knowledge was excellent, he listened to what we wanted and gave advice and recommendations on what would suit us best. After we explained we had before had a poor experience from another Bed store. He also looked after my family by getting us all refreshments and had a lovely, friendly manner. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything he left us to talk about the options we had and that was key to the sale. We really came away thinking we had a great deal and a fantastic new mattress. Andrew really couldn't do enough for us and I was like to add he is a credit to Company, his customer service was the best I've had from any company in a long time. Thank you so much from me, the Mrs and my girls :)

Friendly knowledgeably staff highly informative, extremely helpful; very pleasant shopping experience

As soon as we entered the store Vicki greeted us with a friendly smile and offered my husband, my self and our children a drink. She was incredible friendly and helpful through out our whole time in the store. She had lots of product knowledge and was helping us with any questions we had. Nothing was a problem for her. I told her our budget and she helped she showed us a fantastic mattress that was on sale to help us to keep to our budget. She was friendly and approachable with all of our family. We will be returning to buy our children bunk beds in the future and we hope that Vicki will be there again. All of your staff present that day all had smiles for us all and helped to keep an eye on our overly excited toddlers. It was a very happy and pleasant environment. Thank you for giving us all a fantastic experience which we will share.

Assistant was very personable and helpful.

Dina was both informative and helpful in assisting with our choice. She made us feel relaxed and without pressure. The professional help she gave us helped us on the final decision making. She even made our bored young son a hot chocolate drink. Our son even commented on what a lovely lady she was.

Spacious showroom where it was easy to see fully the displays. Andrew, who served me, was very friendly and helpful and explained everything I needed to know clearly.
