Highly helpful staff(Vicki), very knowledgeable about the products we were trying. She listened to what we needed and the problems we had with our current mattress and was able to give great advice and point us in the right direction.

The manager of the store was well versed in all products he showed us, and was a great help in choosing our bed he also was very friendly and pleasant to speak with.

The store manager was great , such a nice guy and new exactly what he was on about ,he even stayed open later to help us pick the right product ,brilliant customer service ,can't wait for the bed to be delivered .

Dina gave us good information relating to mattress choice at you Etruria store then left us alone to try various types to come to a conclusion. No pressure selling (which makes a pleasant change) Pleasant atmosphere, good coffee and, thus far, very satisfied customers.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by such a lovely lady named Sue. She made my shopping experience very pleasant and helped give so much advice on the correct choice of bedframe and mattress. Sue even stayed behind to process my purchase after the shop closing time and never made me feel rushed at any point or any pressure to purchase. Such fantastic customer service, and Sue and her colleague are a credit to your company! I felt very happy with the purchase and I would highly recommend Dreams in the future. All in all a very happy customer :)
